OUR CLASSES
We offer the most up to date methods in mindful movement.
Adopting a contemporary approach to Pilates, we offer both private sessions and group Pilates Classes.
If you have not had any prior experience in Pilates,
we strongly recommend starting with a few private sessions
for movement analysis and customised exercise prescription.
Fat Blast
Integrating the pilates of control,balance and posture
into a fast paced fat burning workout, this group class
mixes graceful ballet inspired movements with traditional
cardio favourites on the reformer while continually
emphasising on core strengthening elements
Prenatal Pilates
Experience one of Breathe’s signature classes with
our team of experienced instructors. Our prenatal classes
focus on strengthening the pelvic floor and back muscles
to help mothers have a smooth pregnancy,
delivery and recovery.
Reformer and Tower group
This class allows you to enjoy the best of both worlds.
The former challenges your strength,balance and
mobility while the tower increases
the variations of exercises. Our classes are kept to
a maximum of 6 people to ensure attention to detail.
Stretch Pilates
Designed to give you a gentle workout while giving you
a deep stretch on the reformer. These classes feature
a fluid series of stretches, myofascial releases and
gentle core strengthening exercises to reduce
body aches and increase mobility
Postnatal Pilates
Postnatal classes are gentle and helps new mothers
regain core strength, awareness and
functionality afterbirth.
New mothers will also work on upper body and
shoulder girdle strength to help with the long hours of
carrying your new born.

Breathe has an internationally trained team of highly qualified Pilates instructors
with a wealth of experience in helping individuals achieve the freedom of movement through Pilates.
We demonstrate Pilates movements, guide individuals of all ages, shapes,
and sizes to practice them correctly, and motivate them with positive feedback.
